ECAMRICERT has been dealing with all the problems related to the food sector and food safety for many years, both from an analytical and technical legislative point of view.

Most of the analyzes are accredited by Accredia according to ISO / IEC 17025, moreover ECAMRICERT is registered in the Veneto Region list for the analyzes to be carried out under self-control, designated as a test laboratory for the analysis of pre-washed samples during checks in organic farming pursuant to art. 12 of the Reg. (CE) n. 882 of 29 April 2004 and subsequent amendments and additions (Ministerial Decree No. 2592/2014).

Our punctual and precise service allows the Food Operator to work reducing risks to the minimum and keeping its production process constantly monitored and controlled.

Our technicians, highly specialized, are always available to provide answers to your questions, and will keep you updated on current legislation.

The laboratory is also proposed as a partner for particular projects, to be included in research and development activities or out of specification, for the development of innovative products or processes.

  • Microbiological analysis according to current legislation, in particular Reg. (CE) 2073/2005 and subsequent amendments and national vertical regulations) on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
  • Evaluation of the shelf life
  • Microbiological analysis in the work environment (air and surfaces) for the research of the main hygiene and safety indicators (pathogenic microorganisms).
  • Counts particle on areas with controlled contamination (clean rooms or controlled environments as required by the standards of the series ISO 14644).
  • Chemical analysis for the research of contaminants or ingredients according to current legislation (pesticides, heavy metals, mycotoxins, PAHs, residual solvents, preservatives, allergens, food additives, …)

All analyzes are performed with methods accredited according to ISO / IEC 17025, or internally validated methods, following the recognized International Standards. Rapid methods are also developed with PCR-Real Time, possibility of identification by sequencing, chromogenic media and what is available on the market.
